Squire on historiallinen termi, joka viittaa nuorempaan aatelismieheen tai palvelijaan, erityisesti keskiajalla. Squire toimi yleensä ritarin palveluksessa, ja hänen tehtävänsä oli auttaa ritaria eri tehtävissä, kuten taistelussa, matkoilla ja muissa ritariuden vaatimissa toiminnoissa. Squires olivat nuoria miehiä, jotka kouluttautuivat ritariksi, ja he oppivat taitoja, kuten miekkailua, ratsastusta ja etikettiä. Squires olivat tärkeä osa aateliston sosiaalista rakennetta ja heillä oli merkittävä rooli ritarikunnan hierarkiassa.
