Choleric on yksi neljästä perusluonteenpiirteestä, jotka perinteisesti on liitetty humorismiteoriaan. Choleric-tyypit tunnetaan voimakkaasta temperamentistaan ja taipumuksestaan nopeasti reagoida tunteidensa mukaan. Heillä on usein johtajaominaisuuksia, mutta he voivat myös olla kärsimättömiä ja vaikeita käsitellä, kun asiat eivät mene heidän tahtonsa mukaan. Choleric-tyypit ovat usein energisiä ja kunnianhimoisia, mutta heidän voimakas persoonallisuutensa voi johtaa konflikteihin ja väärinkäsityksiin muiden kanssa.
